I have been involved in the bodybuilding and fitness field for over 30 years and it amazes me that most people think of long runs on a boring treadmill or the use of clunky machines that are too heavy to lift when it comes to fitness.

They go their gaming system and probably also got Christmas in jail as well. If you like gaming then you need an Xbox system they are expensive but they are well worth the price and what they can give you on a rainy boring day.

Today we live in the world of video games and fantasy. So you are going to have those games that are out there and are kind of crazy. You are also going to have those games that are fun to play and are hard at the same time.

There isn't a question about it the PSP is the hottest new gaming system on the planet. Everyone wants one because every time I go into a gaming store someone is always asking do you have PSP consoles in stock.

The big thing about computers and playing video games on them is you can keep upgraded your computer without having to buy a whole new system. You can however upgrade your other video game systems but then it becomes illegal to play your upgraded systems online like you like to play.

The first computer and video games were made back in the day around the 70s. So if you thought that the first games were Atari and pong think again. I think the most fun games of the day would have had to of been the Mario brothers games.

When a lot of people think about Hawaii they think about the tourists attractions only and you shouldn't think of Hawaii like that at all. There is so much to do other than Waikiki.

Movies are a good part of every person's life so much that if you do not like movies then you must not be an American. Even if you do not like most movies there has to be a movie that you like. So that is a big enough reason to make a company that rents movies.
